Moulded Elastomeric Rubber Diaphragms are tough, versatile dynamic seals that eliminate virtually all of the limitations associated with other sealing methods like U-cups, O-rings, metal bellows and flat die-cut Rubber Diaphragms. They can withstand pressures to 6,000 psi (4.137 bar) over a temperature range from -76°F to 626°F (-60°C to 330°C). STANDARD RUBBER DIAPHRAGM:We offer nitrile rubber diaphragms and natural rubber diaphragms for LPG/CNG conversion kits. These durable and flexible rubber diaphragms manufactured by us have an added advantage of optimal sensitivity and smooth stroke travel with sufficient stroke length and pressure resistance

Fabric-Reinforced Rubber Diaphragms:Fabric-reinforced rubber diaphragms utilize a layer of an engineered fabric material as part of the rubber diaphragms construction. This layer of fabric give tremendous design flexibility. A very thin-walled rubber diaphragms can withstand high pressures while remaining very flexible and responsive to minor pressure variations.
